The P90X schedule looks something like this:
Day 1: Chest & Back
Day 2: Plyometrics
Day 3: Shoulders & Arms
Day 4: Yoga
Day 5: Legs & Back
Day 6: Kenpo
Day 7: Rest
So basically..Days 1, 3, and 5 are strength training whereas Days 2, 4, and 6 are cardio-based. Day 7 is rest of course.

Right now I'm a 28 year old 5'10' male and weigh 185lbs, I went down about 50 pounds from doing nothing other than keto (for diet) and running. My plan is to mix and match both as I can still lose weight but also build muscle, so it will look something like this:

Day 3: Shoulders & Arms (P90X)
Day 4: Diamond Dozen Energy (DDP Yoga)
